Parts FAQ

All our parts are second hand.
Yes we do, each and every one that is dispatched is security marked in some way.
We go to great lengths to ensure that the product you receive is tested and fully working, however occasionally items can’t be tested or can be damaged in transit. In these rare cases please refer to our Warranty T’s&C’s
As a DVLA licensed ELV site we are not at liberty to share sensitive information from our total loss donor vehicles.

You are entitled to return the item for a refund, please see our Deliveries and Returns section for more information on returning incorrectly ordered items.
We are a VAT registered business and as such we are required by law to charge VAT on the goods that we sell.
This depends on the item you buy, if the item is a cosmetic item such as a body panel or a steering wheel or an item that suffers with age/mileage such as an engine or gearbox you will get the item in the advert. If the item is not likely to suffer from wear/mileage and is not classed as being a cosmetic item such as a door window or a wiper stalk then you may not get the actual item in the photo, in this instance the item in the photo will be representative in terms of form and function of the item you will be sent.
We do not have any ties with any garages in particular but would be happy to recommend local garages based on the part to be fitted and the vehicle in question.
We are a VAT registered business and are obliged to provide a VAT invoice with every item sold. VAT invoices are sent automatically to your registered email address upon item dispatch as well as being included with your goods. If you need a copy in the future please call or email and we can send one out to you.
Yes, all our parts have a 30 day warranty unless stated in the advert – See warranty details

Delivery FAQ

Who delivers your item largely depends on what you have ordered and where you are having it delivered to. Please see our Deliveries & returns section
Yes we do, this can depend on the item and the destination country, please call or email to enquire before you buy.
Yes you can our contact details can be found here please call or email to let us know when you want to collect and we will have your goods ready for collection.
Please let us know within 5 working days of delivery and Contact us by call or email to arrange a replacement item.
Yes you can, sometimes depending on the item there may be a packaging charge – call or email before buying to check.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. All express orders placed before 11am will be dispatched that same day.
At checkout you are given the choice to select a different delivery address, one the order has been processed we are not able to change the delivery address.
Sometimes deliveries get lost/delayed due to unforeseen events such as weather or vehicle break downs. If you have concerns over a late delivery please call or email and we will happily look into your delivery delay for you.
Once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel the order prior to dispatch online, the only way to cancel is to call us
If the item is being delivered to an E.U Address (Inc U.K) we can not deduct the VAT element from the sale price. If we are dispatching the item directly to an address outside the E.U then yes we can deduct the VAT element.
Orders placed before 11am with an express delivery option will be dispatched that day, orders placed after 11am may not be processed.
We have loading facilities and will use them where we can. Our yard staffs decision will be final as to whether we attempt to load an item or not, depending on the suitability of your collection vehicle.
No we do not offer a collection out of hour’s service.
Yes we can but the only way we can reserve a part for you is if you buy it and pay for it.
We will hold items for a maximum of 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed – after which your order will be cancelled and a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund.
