You are welcome to collect from us during our opening hours, please ensure you have selected the ‘collect in person’ option at checkout

Returning items can often be a daunting prospect, we want to make it as simple as possible.



Please ensure you have contacted us prior to returning your goods to explain your reason for return, you can email us on info@skanautomotive.com or call us on 01952 727298

If you have received the item you have ordered but unfortunately it is not the correct part for your vehicle, you are still entitled to return it for a refund, return postage would be your responsibility, please ensure you use a tracked service to return it.



Intention to return an item must be registered in writing to info@skanautomotive.com within 14 days of receipt. Items must be physically delivered to us within 28 days of the item being delivered to you.



We aim to dispatch all economy orders within 1 working day of receiving your completed order we can not be held responsible if circumstances out of our control prevent us form doing so, such as flood, fire, weather or other unforeseen events.



We aim to dispatch all express delivery orders placed before 11am on that same working day, express delivery orders placed after 11am may not be dispatched on that working day. We can not be held responsible if circumstances out of our control prevent us from doing so, such as flood, fire, weather or other unforeseen events.



If your express delivery order is dispatched late and subsequently arrives late we will refund your express delivery charge.



If your order is dispatched on time but arrives late, we are not to be held responsible for any delay whilst the delivery company is in possession of your parcel.



Special instructions for the point of delivery must be noted at checkout and can not be added after order completion.



Delivery points with restricted access for pallet delivery such as narrow roads or weight limit restrictions must be noted at checkout in the special instructions box. Failed delivery due to restricted access not noted at checkout may result in a re delivery charge.



Pallet deliveries where no special instructions are left at checkout and there is no one at the delivery point to sign for the goods they will be returned to the delivery depot and a redelivery charge will apply.



Signing for a parcel or pallet as UNCHECKED may compromise a damaged in transit claim at a later date, please open and inspect the goods before you sign for it.



Return carriage costs for unwanted items are the buyers responsibility. Returns must be sent on a tracked service.



In the rare event that we have sent you the incorrect item we will either, send you the correct item if available or refund you upon return of the incorrect item – please contact us to enquire about return postage options.



We will not be held accountable for any additional financial penalties or loss of earnings as a result of late delivery or part incompatibilities.
